Refund policy

At Shop Modus Living, we stand behind the quality of our problem-solving items. We want your daily routines to be completely seamless. If your order isn't perfect, we are here to make it right.

You have 30 days from the date your package is marked as delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us at admin@shopmodusliving.com within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

• To expedite your replacement or refund, please include your Order Number and a clear photo/short video showing the issue.
• We will send out a brand-new replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.

Because we utilize an automated fulfillment network to ensure fast delivery speeds, orders are pushed to our suppliers almost instantly.

• You may cancel an order within 6 hours of placement.
• After 6 hours, your order has likely been processed and shipped, and we will be unable to cancel it. You will need to follow the standard return process once it arrives.

• Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the address listed on your shipping label package. That is our fulfillment warehouse, and they cannot process retail returns.
• We will provide you with the correct return address instructions.
• Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notifying you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
